At Tweak Studio, we currently ship within Europe and the United Kingdom only.
We deliver to the following 16 countries:
Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
- Portugal: Free shipping
- Other European destinations & UK: A flat shipping rate applies, calculated per country
Shipping fees reflect average international shipping costs from our suppliers and help ensure reliable delivery without hidden charges.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local carriers, or peak seasons.
Dropshipping Model
Tweak Studio operates under a dropshipping model, meaning items are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
As a result:
- Orders with multiple items may arrive separately
- Packaging may vary and may not always include Tweak Studio branding
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply.
For the United Kingdom, import VAT or customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
VAT is applied in accordance with Portuguese and EU tax regulations and shown at checkout where applicable.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@tweak-studio.com within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
Due to our dropshipping model, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds cover the product price only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
In these cases:
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
Orders in Transit
Orders that are delayed but still in transit are not considered lost until confirmed by the carrier.
We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by customs, postal services, or external logistics providers.
